GSP partners with Global Leadership Adventures (GLA) over the summer months to provide empowering international service and leadership programs in Belize for youth.  GSP is looking for compassionate, fearless leaders to join our summer team!

Thank you for your interest in joining our team this summer in Belize!   We are looking for qualified candidates who have availability from June 11 - August 18, 2018.

Our team members do not serve as "chaperones," rather, we are motivating and dynamic Program Leaders who support, educate, and guide students (ages 14-18 years) through one of the most memorable and impactful international experiences in their youth.  It is up to us to create and foster a phenomenal service and leadership experience for all individuals involved.  We all wear many hats guiding discussions and leadership activities, facilitating light-hearted and deep conversations, maintaining a smooth and engaging schedule, and ensuring safety is our number one priority throughout every single day of the program(s).  We are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals with an interest in youth of all ages, education, and the power of global citizenship.

The programs we lead have jam-packed, dynamic 14 or 21-day schedules comprised of service in rural primary schools (designed and facilitated by GSP), cultural immersion activities and excursions, leadership activities, discussion, and reflection.

Two positions are available (descriptions from GLA website):
